The Harrier is a vehicle that has proven to be a huge fan base for the Dark Edition models in the Indian market. People are clamoring for this special variant of the SUV that will be launched in 2019.

Following this, Tata is now launching the dark edition models of Nexon and Ultros. Tata Motors plans to blackmail the Diego after it goes on sale on June 7.

The dark edition of the compact hatchback will go on sale during the Diwali festive season this year. Last year, Tata Motors launched trademarks on the dark and camo versions of all the vehicles in its range.

When the Diego Dark Edition launches, it will be the most affordable special edition model in the brand’s range. The changes in the vehicle will be completely limited to the view without any mechanical modifications.

The Tata Diego is powered by a 1.2 liter, naturally aspirated, inline-3 petrol engine. Powerful at 86 bhp and producing 113 Nm of torque, the engine is available with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT gearbox option.

It is also expected that a CNG option will soon be available in the hatchback range. Currently, the ex-showroom price of the Diego ranges from Rs 4.99 lakh to Rs 6.95 lakh.
