MUMBAI: ‘ Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ fame Nattu Kaka i.e. Ghanshyam Nayak is currently facing a difficult situation. Uncle Nattu has been diagnosed with cancer. He is currently undergoing treatment. He did not stop filming even after receiving information about the illness. Uncle Nattu, 77, was entertaining the audience even during his illness.
Three months ago, some spots appeared on Ghanshyam Nayak’s neck. He then proceeded to further treatment. In April, Nayak’s son reported that he had a positron emission tomography scan of his neck. Nayak has also started chemotherapy sessions. Currently, his condition is stable. He had a chemo session every month.
Nattu Kaka’s role in ‘Taraq Mehta Ka Ulcha Chashma’ is very funny. Even in difficult circumstances, he reached Daman in Gujarat for shooting. They are excited to shoot in Mumbai again. He had a neck operation last year. Their condition is improving due to continuous treatment.
