MUMBAI: Bollywood’s He-Man Dharmendra had a second marriage with Hema Malini. Dharmendra had married this without divorce from his first wife Prakash Kaur and he even converted his religion to marry Hema. Dharmendra’s move made his family very upset and his second wife Hema Malini did not have an entry in the house. Even after having both daughters, Hema never went to Dharmendra’s house.
Hema’s daughter Isha was the first member who got entry in Dharmendra’s house and it was none other than Sunny Deol to help her. Hema Malini has also mentioned this in her autobiography ‘Hema Malini: Beyond the Dream Girl’. In the year 2015, actor Abhay Deol’s father Ajit Deol fell very ill and Isha wanted to meet him. Although the doors of the house were closed for Isha too, Sunny made arrangements for her.
Talking about this in an interview, Esha Deol had said, ‘I wanted to ask about my health and I was also very much looking forward to meeting him. He loved me and Ahana very much. We were also very close to Abhay. We had no way to go to Papa’s house. He was not even in the hospital that we could meet him there. That’s why I requested Sunny Bhaiya to meet him. Here I also met Prakash Kaur ji and took blessings by touching her feet.
