The actress is a vegetarian. During breakfast, she consumes only brown bread, fruit juice and a glass of milk. During lunch, Sangeeta eats roti and vegetables. In dinner, Sangeeta Bijlani eats soya flour and mixed flour roti. Apart from this, she consumes soup and salad.

Sangeeta was to be married with Salman Khan : Salman Khan and Sangeeta Bijlani started dating each other in the year 1986. However, till then the actress had not ventured into films.
