2021 Mini Series in the Indian Market

MUMBAI: Auto car India reports that the iconic British car maker Mini India has introduced its 2021 car range in India. Mini India has launched three new cars in the Indian market. These vehicles are the All New Mini 3-Door Hatch, All New Mini Convertible and All New Mini John Cooper Work Hatch. The ex-showroom prices are reported to be Rs 38 lakh, Rs 44 lakh and Rs 45.5 lakh respectively. The model, which hit the global market in February, has been launched in India after a short hiatus.

The main attraction of the 2021 mini models is the modified grille. The design of the grille extends to the bottom of the bumper. Redesigned the bumper to make it more sporty. It’s new at first glance. The grille of the 3-door and convertible versions is arranged in such a way that the body-colored bumper parts come inside, while the John Cooper Works version has a completely black-covered mesh grille. The 2021 Mini range features roof rails and 17-inch alloy wheels in a variety of designs. The 18-inch alloy wheel is optional on the John Cooper Works version.

These are only available on petrol engines. It is powered by a 2 liter 4 cylinder petrol engine. The Mini 3 door has a top speed of 100 km / h from zero. Just 6.7 seconds is enough to achieve speed. It takes 7.1 seconds for the convertible. It has a 7 speed double clutch steptronic transmission.

The 2.0 liter turbocharged petrol engine is the heart of the 2021 mini range. The engine produces 192 hp and 280 Nm of torque. The transmission is a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. This engine produces 231 hp and 320 Nm of torque in the John Cooper Works version. The John Cooper Works model is mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox with paddle shifters.

The front passenger has airbags, 3-point seat belts, brake assist and crash sensor. The Mini 3 Door Hatch and Mini Convertible will be available in Roof Top Gray Metallic, Island Blue Metallic, Enigmatic Black and Zesty Yellow. The Mini currently operates under the BMW Group.
